Wedding Packages
Our packages always involve the 6 piece band, though this can be augmented by other brass players if desired.
What's listed below will give you an idea of what is possible. Our prices are dependent on several factors such as the wedding location, venue, date and your own personal requirements. We can tailor any package to your own needs. They are based on our most-requested elements so they offer as a comprehensive guide, but if you want to do things a little differently to suit you, then please reach out to us to discuss your own requirements.

Package 1: The Roaming Band from £1920 (£1600 plus VAT)
What's included:
The full 6 piece band:
- Up to 1.5 hours of playing time within a 4 hour window from arrival.
- Performing acoustically.
- Roaming or static performance.
- Surprise, flash-mob entrance if desired.

This is great for evening or daytime, especially with no p.a. to set, the band are ready to go and can remain flexible on performance times to suit you and your guests.

Package 2: The Roaming Band Extra
from £2040 (£1700 plus vat)
What's included:
The Roaming Band package plus:
- Band on site for up to a 5 hour window from arrival.
- Great sounding, standard p.a. (up to 120 guests) to be used by the band with wireless mics if required and our laptop DJ.
- Laptop DJ to play your playlists inbetween the band sets including first dance if required. To finish when the band finishes.
This is great for evening or daytime.
The band member providing the laptop DJ service has only a short setup time and could be set inside or outside.
Optional Extras
These extras can be applied to package 1 or 2. We want you to have the best day possible, so let's make it right with the best entertainment for you!
- A specific song request, maybe for your first dance.
- Microphone for speeches.
- Increased playing time window.

- Full DJ service, available to mix tunes and take requests.
- Late DJ finish.

Package 3: The Roaming Band Platinum
from £3480 (£2900 plus VAT)
What's included:
The Roaming Band Package plus:
- Band on site throughout the day to play for the ceremony, drinks reception and evening event.
- DJ on site throughout the day and evening to mix tunes appropriate to the vibe plus your playlists if required with a late finish.
- Full state of the art p.a. set up (up to 350 guests) for band and DJ.
- Digital lighting rig.
- A bespoke arrangement by the band of a special song for you, to be played during the event. Possibly your first dance!

This is a great package if you want us to take care of the entertainment without you worrying about any other suppliers.
The band will have that extra oomph through the larger p.a. and the combination of the Band and DJ will make sure you and your guests are musically satisfied for the whole day and will keep the dance floor buzzing until the end of the evening (typically midnight or before).
All fees are guide prices. Our final quotes are based on the time required on site and the length of travel to and from the venue.
